Welcome to Dhanwaan, a fintech savings platform developed and operated by Sumangalam Credit Society, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dhanwaan mobile application and website. By using Dhanwaan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• “App” refers to the Dhanwaan mobile application.
• “User,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any individual using the app or website.
• “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Sumangalam Credit Society operating Dhanwaan.
• “Service” refers to all financial, informational, and digital services provided by Dhanwaan.

3. Eligibility

To use Dhanwaan, you must:

• Be an Indian citizen above 18 years of age.
• Have a valid bank account, Aadhaar, and PAN.
• Comply with all local and national financial regulations.

We reserve the right to deny access or terminate services if eligibility criteria are not met.

4. Use of Services

By using Dhanwaan, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and KYC verification.
• Use the app only for legitimate financial purposes such as savings, deposits, or loans facilitated by Sumangalam Credit Society.
• Not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the app or servers.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Dhanwaan will never ask for your password, OTP, or PIN through calls or messages. If you suspect unauthorized activity, contact care@dhanwaan.in immediately.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described there.

7. Financial Transactions

All transactions made through the Dhanwaan platform are subject to:

• Applicable banking and cooperative society regulations.
• Transaction limits, verification, and settlement timelines as defined by NPCI and our partner banks.

We are not liable for transaction delays or failures caused by external banking networks or user error.

8. Fees and Charges

Certain services within Dhanwaan may involve nominal processing or maintenance fees. These charges, if any, will be communicated transparently before you proceed with the transaction.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use Dhanwaan for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading purposes.
• Attempt to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the app or its features.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Upload or share harmful, offensive, or false information.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, Sumangalam Credit Society is not responsible for:

• Any direct or indirect loss, damage, or liability arising from app usage or downtime.
• Unauthorized transactions resulting from user negligence.
• Errors caused by third-party integrations, banking systems, or technical failures.

Use of the Dhanwaan app and website is at your own risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, content, and design elements of Dhanwaan are the exclusive property of Sumangalam Credit Society. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you:

• Breach any of these Terms; or
• Engage in activities that harm or may harm our users, reputation, or systems.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Updated Terms will be published on our website with the revised Effective Date. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of those changes.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
